Chongqing Zhoujunji Hot-Pot Food Co. Ltd was established in 1993 and currently owns RMB$11 million of registered capital (originally named Chongqing Sanjiu Hot-pot Flavoring Factory). At present, we are one of the leading enterprises producing Chongqing hot pot seasonings in China, covering building area of 30, 800 square meters with annual production capacity of more than 30, 000 tons. We are centered on producing and selling Chongqing hot pot seasoning series, fish sauce series, noodle sauce series, Chongqing flavor dish seasoning series, non-cooking Chinese dish series, leisure snack series, chicken essence, etc.
To ensure the safe production of agricultural and sideline products, we have invested RMB$20 million to build up pollution-free raw materials planting bases in ShiZhu Tujia Ethnic Autonomous County in Chongqing and Meitan County in Guizhou. Capable of annually producing 10, 000 tons of beans, 6, 000 tons of pickled chilli and 5, 000 tons of various rough processing raw materials can ensure the high-quality, pollution-free agricultural and sideline products raw materials for our seasonings. We also set up Chongqing Xiangshui Hot-pot Co., Ltd in Shizhu Tujia Ethnic Autonomous County to roughly process raw materials, produce bean sauce and chili products, and provide green raw materials and semi-finished products for our company.
In the process of research and development of hot pot condiments and seasonings, our company has changed kitchen processing ways in traditional ingredients, stir-frying ways and packaging ways. We are equipped with the best hot pot seasong stir-frying and packaging production lines, and first-rate hot pot food processing craft in this field. All equipments and tools are stainless, with automatic, hermetic and safe features.
We have strict requirements and management norms in product development & research, raw material purchase, production process, product marketing, after-sales service, etc. We have gained certificates such as ISO9001, HACCP.
Our products have been spread all over the urban and rural areas in China. We have set up sales offices in more than 20 provinces and autonomous regions across China and basically complete the construction of national sales networks in China. Meanwhile, our products have been exported to many countries and areas such as America, Canada, Japan, Korea, Netherlands.
